Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For products where hygiene is essential, items must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Return Process

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the product (if damaged)

Refunds
Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:
- First check your bank account or credit card statement.

Costs
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
All returns must be shipped to our facility in China. Return shipping costs start at approximately 30 USD, depending on your carrier and location, and are paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If an error occurs again during the second shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
