If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@margotlily-montreal.com as soon as possible after placing it.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 4–6 business days.

In most cases, your order should arrive within approximately 5–9 business days from the date it was placed.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, an approved refund will be sent back to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not deduct any restocking fees from approved refunds.
